Poor service and poor communication of options available.

Bad service at vodacom. I regret not moving to telkom when I wanted to. I am very disappointed with vodacom, network I used since I was 15 years. My contract renewal was also not concluded properly, which now that they upgraded they do not care anymore. I request service to be amended, cannot happen but the day I didnt want to upgrade the bill was changed I remember it was 2 days before payment date. Absolutely disappointed, if this is how you treat customers now I understand why lot of people are moving from this network.
