Poor service & and not taking responsibility -

4 months ago the phone stopped working. I contacted Vodacom Lenasia , who indicated that i should take the matter up with Samsung , as their was a problem with the phone. The phone was taken to Samsung . The phone remained with Samsung for around 2 weeks . The report from Samsung was that the problem was with the service provider Vodacom . I again went to Vodacom , who insisted that the problem was with Samsung . Again i went to Samsung in Constantia . Again i was told that the problem was Vodacom and the sim was not reading the phone. I went to Vodacom in Midrand and was advised that the phone will be sent to technical support. A SMS was received and indicated that the phone was advanced repairs. This was since the 24 Dec until the 20 January when i received a SMS indicating that the phone has been sent to Vodacom. On the 26th January i went to collect my phone ,only to be told by a rude consultant that i phone was not fixed and he had a quote for R1200.00 for the repairs that i needed to approve . I refused and requested a manager , The supervisor apologized and confirmed that the phone will be repaired and only i will pay for the parts. Now 3 weeks later a new quote for R2800.
