Poor service and non delivery

In 2017 I upgraded my contract with the following deal: uChoose Flexi 350: IphoneX ,Once off 20GB data bundle +Apple Beats . My phone was delivered without the beats headphones. Each time I called Vodacom, I was told they are waiting for stock.

It has now been well over a year and I am still waiting for my head phones. Please urgently advise, please go back and review all call recordings. I even contacted Vodacom twitter @Vodacom who advised I should call the sales team.. Again "waiting for stock".

I have logged a support query: REF: 1- ********** 322571, The consultant confirmed that the Apple beats is due to me and advised me to contact Likeminds.

I made contact with Likeminds, who then have advised me its Bytes. I have taken the contract with Vodacom online and not Likeminds or Bytes.

I have the screen shot of the package that I took - available on request.
