poor service and no support

I've taken my mobile phone to vodacom repair centre at lakeside mall with the same problem I got the phone a nokia lumina from them and am not happy that its got a problem and cant be solved the worst of all is that they give me a loan phone that dose not even work it dosesnt even switch on I am not happy at all with the service I am getting from them
