Poor service and lack of security on my number

Am so disappointed on vodacom how can a sim card make a sim swap without checking if the sim is still on service or not, when i call and ask am told the sim swap was made via tobi and there is no one the can hold counteble for the error that means with tobi our security is compromised and one can do sim swap without the owners concern so very disappointed that am thinking of leaving this network for the one that is better.
