Poor Service and incompetency of employees VODACOM

I have been with Vodacom for almost two decades and at this point very tired of the all-round poor service I get. Especially with the call centres and agents that are clearly NOT trained for the job. I phoned in last month (May 2017) to ask if my upgrade is due as I want to end my contract and my husband wants to take over the number (as he uses it) and put this under his new company and establish a new business phone contact. With no surprise me Irritable for repeating myself the conversation got fiery. She confirmed I am due for an upgrade but could not indicate the month, she said two months ago. I asked if I could go now to Vodacom to do this switch and she confirmed yes. I asked this repeatedly and even told her I will be upset if I go to Vodacom and cannot do this. I asked what is needed to take with for my husband. REPEATEDLY she said his salary slip and ID and proof of address. I started screaming at her because I informed her more than 5 times it will go under a business. What docs are needed for business but she was not able to get around the fact it is business. SO after calming myself we decided to go to Vodacom Canal Walk and try and sort out in store. We took with all docs I could think off as Vodacom call centre was unable to inform me. We took, founding documents, ID's, proof of residence, 6month bank statements. upon arrival we were sent to the wrong consultant..... then we went to another. She informed us she cannot help us as we do not have a company letter head !!!!!! I took our little baby out at night to go to the Canal Walk which is not close to our home to sort this out and then we get told this !!!! I was furious. ANYWAY she said in the interim she can do the change over from my name to my husbands. Vodacom canal walk took money from us and said to do the change of ownership and will phone us once this is done. We must e-mail the letterhead and they will only then proceed. then we had to leave..... . My husband e-mailed the necessary and then went back to the store. ONLY for the same lady telling him she cannot do it this month (MAY) as it can only be done in JUNE. Also the change over was not yet done she would phone us. SO YET AGAIN ANOTHER TRIP TO CANAL WALK FOR NOTHING. Today TWO weeks later still nothing. I AM EXTREMELY annoyed and tired of the terrible service from Vodacom and the lack of knowledge of all your agents / clerks. I feel that Vodacom think they have the monopoly and employing masses of underqualified staff does nothing for them. Could somebody please help us sort out our contract and then I never want to be a customer of Vodacom again! I feel sorry for my husband if he still chooses to pursue this after this bad service.
