Poor Service and fast data depletion

Ive been buying dat and for the past week my data doesnt last as it gets depleted after minutes of the purchase. When i call the customer care the agent that should be assisting me just told me that i should head to the head to istore as vodacom is just responsible for selling the data and cant assist..i jonestly cant afford to buy data more than once for it to get depleted in minutes
