Poor service and empty promises

I renewed my contract with Vodacom in February 2022 and was meant to receive a R2000 Takealot voucher. Needles to say the voucher was never received and after numerous follow ups and promises of it being escalated, still no voucher. After my review on 26th May 2022, I got a call the following day to confirm my number where the voucher should be sent to as well as my email address, however to date still no voucher. So not impressed by you Vodacom.
