Poor service and dishonesty by Vodacom

I sent the below sometime in April, got a call that it was resolved but it was not. I’m still getting debit orders. What could be so hard for a company this big to get their process efficient ? There’s been ***** in my account in their own shop, I requested cancellation of everything. They paid me back but penalized me for devices i didn’t own. Now I have been trying to stop further unauthorized debit orders but we are not moving anywhere. I’m dumbstruck as to what to do next, something has to be done.

Good day,

My Vodacom saga doesn’t seem to end. I cancelled all my accounts with Vodacom, they settled an incorrect amount and I left it as they penalized me for items I did not possess and for cancelling my contract yet it was due to their lack of control measures to curb *****.

From March and April they debuted my account for insurance. How am I supposedly paying insurance for none existing items? Why start in March when we cancelled everything months before?

Can something be done with these service providers. This is out of hand, how much are they taking from people who don’t pay attention to their debit orders? Vodacom please return my money, I have said this before, I don’t want any of your products.

Good day, I am still getting debit orders in my account. It’s almost a year trying to get rid of Vodacom off my money but no you keep taking what doesn’t belong to you and have even contradicted your own insurance policies. I spoke to so many people and still insurance debit orders are flooding in. Please cancel all related insurance and every other things. Regards
