Poor service AGAIN
At least Vodacom are consistent in their abysmal service. Tried to cancel contract, was presented with "offers". Explained to consultant that competitors have better offers and asked if Voda could match. After lengthy hold I was promised a call back. Needless to say no call back and I've been billed for the next period.
Snakes of note. Can't wait to finally be rid of them.
