Poor service

I desperately needed a itemized billing to get my new working permit - 1st I can only get two months which is understandable and vodacom charging me aswell for it - then asking for a third one for last year because now, I cannot yet get Feb 2026 as yet - I tell you it was like asking for a 2million rand loan - I had to go and do an affidavit at the Police Station filling in more forms plus I have to pay amount of oR140-00, R2-00 per page excluding VAT then it have to be processed, etc., here I just needed this to get my permit so I can resume my working environment - I can't tell you how tired I was of holding on for half an hour to an hour at the time and still no results...so disappointed really all because they say the contract is a top up contract. I did however obtain this about 2 yrs ago for the same number for the permit and had not experienced none of the above
