Poor service

In April 2022,i made an insurance application for my son's phone at vodacom store in stone towers mall in King Williamstown.I did not get any feedback until i called their 082 number where i was told that i should go back to the store because it was declined for some documentation to be submitted but the store did not reach out to me until i went back to the store on on 23July 2022 where we reapp**** and submitted.Few days after i went back seeking for feedback but i was told that there is no response but to wait and see if there will not debit.until today my son's phone is not insured and voda insure does not give me feedback like they failing me dismally.I wish i can be positively responded to bcz I have bern trying they have the lowest level of professionalism,its like they are amateurs in this business.What have i fone as a customer yo deserve this kind of treatment.i dont wish to recommend them to anyone
