Poor service

My poor mom took a cellphone contract for me i wanted an iphone 8 plus but the consultation gave her an 8 apparently 8 plus is out of stock but he was suppose to order it since i was not in a hurry. The phone was delivered to me after days only to realise it was not what i was looking for i tried to call the branch which she took out the contract but they couldn't assist. She was made to sign a contract of iPhone 8 without her knowledge but i did tell the consultant what i needed so right now I'm stuck with an iPhone 8 that i don't like and won't satisfy my job as i use it for work and i have to pay 650 x 24 months for something i don't like. Wow so old people are taken for a ride st vodacom i called the branch and the customer service but clearly Vodacom doesn't care about about their customers.
