Poor service

Worse service provider ever

They send you statements and invoices with amount they will debiting but come months end , they debit more than what’s showing as due on the statement

I have been using Vodacom for years and their service always disappoints , they do not treat their customers well and their agent won’t even assist .. since I took this contract it has always been a disappointment after disappointment, first they gave me a phone that doesn’t work properly, they asked me to bring it back so they can fix it , but when it came back it was worse ,, imagine you are paying for a cellphone that doesn’t even work properly.. every months I have this back and forth with them because of debit orders , they send you statements but months end they will debit more than what’s not on the statement , you asked them and they say is because the debit order bounced yet the account was paid in time, they don’t even go back and check or resolve their transactions, IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND , DONT EVEN THINK OF USING VODACOM
