Poor service

Vodacom is the worst when it comes to data. They always say its the user when it is their system that mess up our data. I spoke to Palesa today from Vodacom and I bought 1GB @ 9:24 and by 09.41 my data was less than 500MB and its not the first time.

I have logged calls for the same problem and they just give you useless explanation. If you use vodacom just know you using them @ your own risk.
