Poor service

Took my cellphone for a screen repair at vodacom canal walk repair shop in the month of November and had to wait almost a month for my cellphone to be fixed, went to pick up my cellphone when it was fixed only to take it back to the store a few days later because the whole back part of the cellphone came off... I spoke to the manager and he said that they can fix that in store which will take the 10 minutes to do but came back after half an hour and said they can't fix it as they don't have that part they need to fix the phone in store and will have to order it which will take another week... The week is up and I'm still waiting on the them to let me know when I can pick up my phone, I have been calling the store but no one is answering the store phone.... Never taking my devices to vodacom repair store in canal walk mall very very poor service from them
