Poor service
Made a purchase in vodapay for a powerbank that had a charger that was not functioning from the onset, I informed vodacom via Facebook and I was told they would fetch it and legion a refund. It's been a year waiting for my refund

17 Jan 2025, 13:13Till today I've still not received my refund. I keep getting asked to send information I've already sent over and over again in efforts to avoid refunding me. A whole month later after being told to wait 7-14 days for a refund.
