Poor service

Bad service is the norm these days. <br> <br> But today was shocking to me. <br> After 4 shops and many requests for a battery for my phone. <br> No luck. Strange that you can't even get a battery at Voda world. <br> <br> But the worst was that after we waited for ages, we complained and then got snapped at by an employee that felt his personal conversation on his phone was more important than his clients. <br> Well done guys.
