Poor service

I have been canceling my vodacom account for so long, now vodacom is telling me that i owe them money, i have called them many times and they said they will send me an email to prove that i have canceled with no success .Vodacom they I ******* , now they send my to v v m for contract that i have cancelled long time ago.
