Poor service
For the past 4 months we have had nothing but endless issues with Vodacom. Our phones were soft lock and handsets stop working completely. After a number of visits to various stores a call was logged with a technical team who later advised we speak to accounts. Both departments as well as various agents advised they don’t see what the issue is and why we are unable to call or use the phones. We were advised to do simswipes as that might resolve the issue and still no difference.
On 14 Sep 2020 we went to cresta repairs After being at different stores for the day. After speaking to a guy named Neville who was just as unhelpful as all the other people we have been dealing with, advised the handsets were blacklisted. I fail understand how the technical team were unable to pick this up after various calls daily from them.
This issue has caused a loss of income and has been such an inconvenience. The level of service is awful no one wants to take accountability for the mess and yet no one was able to pick up this.
Yet still todate we are unable to use the headsets and still given the run around as to what really happened. No one is able to explain why or how the handsets have been blacklisted. How do we pay for such bad service and when we are unable to make use of the phone. One of the IT, call center, accounts or technical team could assist as well as the various stores. How is it that none of the people we spoke to couldn’t pick this issue up?
The guy refused to listen to us or assist until we started making a noise in the store. I mean why should it have to go to that extent before you give the service you should be giving your clients? He advised no notes were added to the system, yet we have been told notes were added. Surely it should show the number of calls logged for the numbers and there should be recordings for the calls.
This level of services is beyond poor. The worst service I’ve experience in a long time
This is really frustrating. Vodacom just isn’t doing their part
