poor service

after all the communication and getting a call from one of the consultants nothing happened until I my self called the Vodacom store to finding when am I GETTING THE LAPTOPS I WAS TOLD I DID NOT QUALIFY IT TOOK A MONTH .

WHAT A SERVICE MAPONYA VODACOM SUCCES .I DID NOT GET ANY HELP .THE APPLICATION WAS DONE THE 23 OF JUNE .I WAS PROMISED LAPTOP WILL BE READY ON THE 25 .EVER SINCE ITS BEEN ME CALLING THEM UNTIL THEY TOLD THAT I DO NOT QUALIFY BUT THE APPPLICATION WAS APPROVED AND TOLD WHEN IM COMING FOR COLLECTION I MUST BRING 212 FOR SIM CARDS AND THE NEXT NOTHING .WHEN I was calling and going there I was told system issues even given the system screen shot that they were finalising I must come and collect.

today is the 16 july made a follow up and now im told I do not qualify.
