Poor service

On the 7th i wrote a complaint about vodacom, there was no feedback on the 10th i wrote on their Facebook page i was inboxed asked for a security check 11 days later there has been no feedback. And now i understand why vodacom customer care agents are so rude to customers because when customers complain they get ignored
