Poor service
In all my 5 years of being a loyal customer of Vodacom never have I ever experienced such poor service. Am extremely disappointed and irate. I have called your sales department more than five times and to date still have not been assisted. There is little to no knowledge of offers regarding apple watches. Your company needs to seriously invest in training stuff on product knowledge and telephone etiquette.
