Poor service

I'm so disappointed at the service I was given by your agent Mulalo, from sub contractor of vodacom merchants who gave me stinky and obnoxious attitude from customer service. Rendered services was poor, below lowest. As customer, I'm not willing to spend my money at a service provider that serves it's customer's with disloyal service Denied to provide her surname

was I not even aware that my package was migration, without my concern, now there's 3 months that I have to wait, for service I never asked.
