Poor service

Good day, I thought that vodacom will have it all, so dissapointed, I upgraded to a wifi router, about a week ago, and still, it looks like the device is, either not working, or the device is still not activated, after many messages they cannot give me an answer if the device is activated, was given answers that I must switch the sim card with another device, I am not interested in an apology, I am interested that the device needs to be working, surely it cabnot take about a week for a sim card to be activated, or can it, be cateful when choosing, make sure that you know your facts.
