Poor Service
I went to Vodacom Rustenburg waterfall mall on the 1st of August for an upgrade, I was assisted but the iphone 11 I wanted was not available at the shop so they had to order it.
Today is the 11th of August , still no phone delivered. I’m not happy , I’m actually thinking of canceling the contract and going to Telkom. This is poor customer service.
