Poor service

I have been requesting for a paid up letter from Vodacom and each time I call I'm told to wait 72 hours, Vodacom my life is on hold I need that paid up letter to buy a home for my children, you empty promises and sending me from pillar to post won't give my kids a roof over their heads.
