poor service

I have been contacting Vodacom and asking for assistance ,my phone broke and it is insured, I took it to Vodacom after 4 days since it has been with Vodacom still no claim was put through to my insurance I am seating here without a phone .I am really not happy............ON TOP OF IT THE STORE IS TELLING ME TO WAIT FOR 7 TO 14 DAYS LIKE SERIOUSLY
