Poor Service

Since early June I have been trying to obtain my itemised billing and unable to claim for my work related calls. Vodacom sends me emails without any attachment and then closes my query. I pay for the service which I do not receive. I have addressed this with their various departments inlcuding Team Leader and Social Networking page. There seems to be a serious internal system problem at Vodacom which they cannot fix as i know of others who are also waiting for the itemised billing for the past few months. Vodacom is just becoming a pathetic service provider and I am receiving calls for non payment but they dont realise that I need to claim and get reimbursed from my company. The website also does not give the option to download the itemised billing which intially was part of the service. Simplicity at its worse and a dont care about customer service. A month later and the problem has not been resolved. I am now waiting for 2 months of itemised billing. Not sure if Vodacom will provide it before Christmas, and they will not even consider to compensate for their mess up....its like Im doing them a favour. More frustrating is that I was being billed for monthly recurring data for more than a year. After questioning about this, I was informed that I selected the option for monthly recurring and not the once off option. I never did this and Vodacom cannot provide the proof of this after my request. 6 months down the line I did an upgrade and according to Vodacom I was supposed to have cancelled the recurring data bundle. My understanding is that an upgrade is seen as a new contractual agreement and all previous agreements would have fell away. Vodacom then reimbursed me for 6 months saying it is the maximum credit that could be done. I got ********** for the other 15 months. Vodacom's service is just getting from terrible to pathetic.
