Poor service

I went to buy a laptop at Vodacom. They did stuff on the computer to finalise my contract and to get approval to get a contract. I've been waiting a week long for my laptop and everyday they keep telling me I will get it the next day. They also said they've ordered my laptop and then a week later they said the main supplier doesn't have it in stock. Why didn't they let me know when they placed the order?? Then eventually I've said to them to cancel the whol thing. When I went to another Vodacom to get a contract, they've discovered that the Vodacom in Festival Mall never sent my forms to the main Codacom for approval. Never again will I go to the Vodacom in Festival Mall
