Poor service
I’ve never been so ****ed with a service I’ve received from Vodacom! I was due for an upgrade and I called for an upgrade. The phone was delivered but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, so I asked them to collect the phone and they said it will take 7 days and a month later I’m still waiting for them to collect the phone. Mind you I got the invoice for it. I’m very disappointed
