Poor service

I app**** for a router at Vodacom festival mall and my application was approved but then I was told I can’t get the router because they’re struggling to submit my application form. Since Sunday I have been waiting to get my router or at least update me why I can’t get the router but they’re ignoring my calls.

Dimakatso was assisting me with the application form and now I can’t get hold of her.
