Poor service!!

I am once again experiencing the worst service possible from Vodacom (as expected.)! My phone was ****** and I did a sim swop. Somehow they forgot to activate the new sim card. I phoned the call centre (as the closest Vodacom is 90km away) and someone 'helped' me by promising to activate the sim card and that it will work once I switched of my phone for a few minutes. I did this, but still my service was suspended. I phoned again and they were offline. Someone phoned me back because of a bad response on an sms and then first argued that everything has been corrected on Vodacom's side. After numerous phone calls she phoned back to admit that it is a fault on their side and it will only be corrected in 48hours. I was supposed to receive a reference for this (which never happened). This was just on something as basic as a sim swop and they couldn't even do that right! In 2015 it took 3 weeks just to get my upgrade right. And I still have a pending complaint on the poor signal in our area (something ALOT of people have been complaining about. It's pending from Nov 2016 and it still has not been resolved. We live in a rural area and therefore cellphones are part of security as well as people needing their phones to run their businesses. Unfortunately the Vodacom signal is the best (or used to be the best) for this area. Somewhere Vodacom is clearly failing. Whether it's the people they employ or just plain bad principles.
