Poor service

I had a very disappointing experience at Vodacom Liberty Promenade in Mitchell’s Plain. The consultant, Vuyani, was condescending and abrupt. We were not informed about the status of our contract application and had to call in ourselves to get updates, as he did not notify us. When I tried to speak to him, he shut me down and told me I might as well go to the store.
