Poor. Service

<p>I bought data from vodacom and my phone was not connecting to server wen i tried to inform them via customer service people who are supposed to help me out the consultant didn't do as. And at the same time they are sending me false balance and wen i ask about it they say no it is not thier problem so who's problem is because I am not responsible for that department </p>
