Poor Service

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I recently had cellphone claim approved by Vodacom. I was told to collect the phone at a particular Vodacom store. Only to find out when at the store that the cellphone was not ready for collection. I had ben called a couple of times by consultatnts informing me that the phone was ready for collection. Arriving at the store and recieving nothing made me very annoyed. I can not take you guys seriouly if the basics can be upheld.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Sibu</p>
