POOR SERVICE
I'm so disgusted with the service received from vodacom. My account has been suspended due to a mutual mistake. After numerous attempts to resolve this matter, which was done my account is still suspended after vodacom informed my husband that my phone would be in working order on 1 April 2015 - still no service - totally unacceptable!!
