Poor service
I am now disgusted by the service of Vodacom This is now my second or third email to the ***** department and i still haven't received feedback regarding my case
The turn around time is 7-14 days and it's been over 14 days
I require feedback regarding a contract that was *****ulently opened in my name
This contract should be cancelled and no monies should be collected from my account
