Poor. Service

<p>I bought a voucher on one of the retailer and only to find out that voucher numbers are not visible i then request for reprint only to find out that the reprint does not have voucher no at all only stars appearing were the voucher no supposed to appear then i call vodacom call center for further assistance i was assisted nicely and told that within 48hrs i will receive the air time but only to find out that its an empty promise and i rated them nicely after the phone call but still toda is the same i haven't received it but wen i do follow up they said i must fax it to thier technical department but i send all the details to them and they rep**** to confirm that they received it</p>
