Poor Service

I can not make calls and nobody at vodacom is helping. I can send sms's i have a data connection and can receive calls but i cannot make calls. I spent 27min holding for 111 but no answer then finally someone through the online chat tried to help, after following all her instructions she told me i had to go to a store. I went to a store and was told it should be working but Vodacom is having network issues so it will be working tomorrow. It is still not working. I dont know what else i can do now because it seems nobody at Vodacom is willing to actually get the problem sorted out.
