Poor service

<p>I recently contacted Vodacom regarding the poor service I have received regarding two new cellphones. I got one back job number: ********** 8. My other phone has disappeared. It was sent in for repairs for the second time job number: ********** 8. I went to Vodacom and they are unable to track it. I then received a call from Vodacom (as was promised), however I missed the call as I was on another call. I still have not heard back from Vodacom. No one phoned me back. This has been going on for weeks now and I am appalled at the service I have received from vodacom. </p>
