Poor service
I bought VodaPay Max card machine. I sent all required documents on 30 Oct 2025 in order to be RICA registered to: *** and ***. Both did respond and keep on asking the same doc but no progress at all. I'm losing customers who want to pay using this device. I'm sitting with a Toy speed point at my business. I would'nt recommend Vodacom service to anyone esp those starting a business. I never had these issues at iKhokha and Yoco company.
