Poor service
Loyal customer for over 15years Upgraded online and still awaiting my order, when calling into the call centre everyone promises call backs with feedback and nobody gets back to me. Iv been calling in daily , the order was confirmed and approved. But no-one is able to provide me with a correct answer as to when it will be released.
