Poor service

Very poor no follow up on complaints, I have been complaining about getting used phone on my contract since March todate no one is calling me they kep on saying they will fix it but just lies. I have decided to reverse all my contributions to move to another provider. Their department and consultant are just useless they only want business but they can’t do after sales service Very disappointed and and Angry
