Poor service

I am very disappointed with my service provider. My phone suddenly lost network. I couldn’t call or receiver calls. I went to vodacom and they picked up that someone did simswop with my number and ported to other service provider. I was advised they will negotiate with that service provider to get my number back. I really don’t understand why would they negotiate after seeing I have been using same number for about 7 years.

Was advise it would take 48 to 72 hours and I have to wait. How do I wait if I am using that number for business. What if my number has been hacked to conduct *****?? Your system clear show sim is active and has always. How do one do simswop I am certain there number of questions asked before swimswop could be done.

Kindly contact me urgently to sort this ***

Today marks 22 sep and my query hasn’t been resolved. Simswop was conducted on my number and I am unable to gain access to my personal staff. I contacted Vodacom customer and spoke to Boitumelo and he requested reversal from MTN as my number was ported to them. This morning I called MTN and received email stating reversal was done.

Went to Vodacom shop to discuss swim swop which they did and advise I should put new sim in 3 hrs time after doing that sim couldn’t be activated. I contacted customer service again and I was advise simswop was conducted early and sim was flagged. Simswop was conducted with Tobi. I don’t understand why Vodacom would put our life in such risk where they automated system allows anyone to conduct simswop without our permission.

While speaking to consultant he advise he will lock sim till I went back again to Vodacom to do simswop again. Why do I have to go back and forth doing simswop if ****mers can able to trick Tobi and system allows them to conduct such *****??

Vodacom really doesn’t know they impact should this ****mers can access to my financial accounts. How do you invent automated system to conduct simswop??

This is pure negligence towards your loyal clients. I need this resolved urgently
