Poor Service

Vodacom over charged me for 3 months and when i raised this complaint it was not dealt with accordingly, I am on a prepaid contract which the invoice amount should not change, I activated an instant top up option which is a maximum of R75, with my invoice being R1278.98 if i used up to R75 of instant top up my invoice would be R1353.98, however in July I paid R1394.69, August went up again I paid R1420.37 then September invoice during the query was R1516.71. with their bad service after I sent a detailed email with amounts they did not call me to give proper feedback instead i saw a total of R306 credited in my account, when i asked to be given a detailed breakdown as to the credit for this invoice is this amount and that one is this... till to date the accounts department is still going to send me that and the query was first registered on the 05.09.2016. according to my calculation they were supposed to credit R371. i urge all Vodacom contract customers to scrutinize their invoices as there is a line that is charged by them "General recharge" and if you not checking you are paying for something you did not sign up for and no one in the customer service was able to explain what is that line for. I have been a loyal customer for them for over 10 years and this is not about the money but service that is offered. The brand is no longer attractive and i guess that is the reason Cell-C and Telkom are infeltrating the market because of service. If a customer log a query the best thing to do is to make the customer feel like you care and you are attending to their problems, with this quesry I had to do follow ups myself because when i am quiet nothing happens, a Lady by the name of Precious tried to assist however she couldnt go any further as to resolve this was outside her powers. I may be 1 in your billion or million customers however i will be migrating, you wont feel the difference of my R1000 installment but in the near future when people realise that you do not care you will start to feel it. Sad for days and irriated
