poor service

<p>i have called vodacom call centre on the 18th October to enquire about a signal booster NOBODY bother to call me back when i called again yesterday i was informed that the query was closed because they tried to call me on someother land line that just rings - I have had my vodacom line from 1996 why can't Vodacom call me on my vodacom cell phone line about the enquirey and why just close my enquiry is this the type of service you receive when you have 3 vodacom cell phones and 4 data lines with Vodacom but NO reception at your house. Strange enough they can call when you do not pay your account then they can get hold of my on my Vodacom line but not when i struggle with reception !!!!!</p> <p> </p>
