Poor service.

<p>Attention CEO Shameel Joosub.</p> <p>This is not acceptable from Vodacom Online Department. I was promised delivery the latest today. 18/10/2016 and no it's not. </p> <p><br />This is not the first time this is happening to me. First the application was messed up by Leanne at the online department. Now a delivery problem!!! As a loyal customer for the last five years I think I deserve more than this poor service!!!!!</p> <p><strong>Not acceptable!!!!!!!!</strong></p> <p>I choose Vodacom as my Service provider, for five years long. I even app**** for a new contract on top of my existence contact, and i'm still receiving poor service!!</p> <p>but now for all this empty promises and proor services from Vodacom for the last few years you guys at Vodacom have pushed me know so far to cancel everything. I reach out to a another network service provider (MTN) whereby I can receive the same device IPhoen 7 plus 32GB for less per month and they provide with more data minutes and SMS's.</p> <p>It seems when it comes toe Vodacom it's no more business, it's a joke! I will certainly post this to the social media platform, so that people can see what services Vodacom is providing to the customers!</p> <p>Now Vodacom wants to offer me 5GB of data Once off for one month to keep me at Vodacom, and not to cancel all my contacts.
