Poor Service

Vodacom took it upon themselves to put a credit bar on my husbands cell phone account. The account is totally up to date. He has 1600 minutes available on his phone but Vodcom keeps suspending the line becuase of the credit bar. If you phone Vodacom, you are told this is what they do and to get the phone unlocked you must pay 75% of the following month's account. I have spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with Vodacom. It takes on average 45 minutes to get through. Nobody can help. As far as I am concerned, my husband should be allowed to cancel this contract as he was never told that he must pay R1500 a month and yet he won't be able to use his phone. It is absolutely shocking to say the least!

Please note that this has been going on for over a week now. A technical call was logged last Sunday and has still not been attended to, it has been escalated three times. No-one from Vodacom has contacted me and my phone has now been cut 9 times in one week.
