Poor service
<p>On the 1st of September I contacted Vodacom helpline icw poor recetion at my location. I wanted to enquire about a repeater station for the area as ther are 10 people on the same property with vodacom accounts but the operator could not assist me. I was not given a referance number but was promised that someone will call me me back. It is now the 5th and no calls as yet. It is a network coverage issue and there is no contact details to get hold of them.What to do?</p>

I am having difficulty communicating with Vodacom. A customer care agent phoned me but the calll dropped as per my complaint. They sent me an email and I rep**** to the email and gave details that they requested. An email was sent to me asking me to confirm my details and and an agent will call me as soon as done. I sent confirmation details and then got a message on my cell that say my query with ref 1- ********** 3337 was closed.
1. NOBODY contacted me!
2. The issue is NOT resolved!
HOW can the close the query!
